Our church building is a gift. Before COVID and soon again – it will be the place we gather together to worship, pray, grow, eat, and serve the community. It is a physical place where the community can come and meet us and through us – the living God. Our building is not new and has some significant and costly repairs that need to be addressed in the next 5 years:
- Resurfacing the Stairs: $4,000
- Sewer Waste Line Replacement: $8,000
- Roof & Gutter Replacement: $13,500
- Reconditioning Stained Glass Windows: $12,000
The Board of Trustees is inviting the congregation to begin raising money for these needed building repairs by donating to the newly established BUILDING FUND. Our goal is to raise $40,000 over the next 5 years to address these issues. This goal is only $8,000 a year. Please prayerfully consider giving over-and-above your normal gift to help our church family be good stewards of our building.
