This notification is to inform you that Families and Communities Rising, Inc., and Walker Vaccine Clinic will host a walk-up vaccination clinic at Seminary.  The event will take place on Thursday April 15, 2021 from 1:30-7:30pm.  This event is open for everyone 18 years and up.  You do not need an appointment.  All you need is your name and date of birth.  Please help us get the word out to all our families and co-workers.  The vaccine being offered is the Moderna.  This vaccine has two phases, and the Walker Vaccine Clinic will return for the second dose.
