We are excited to announce that in partnership with World Relief Durham, CityWell is providing temporary housing to refugee families to assist in a smooth relocation to the area. The downstairs apartment will serve as a temporary housing for the families while long term accommodations are being organized by World Relief.

We are looking for volunteers to help welcome these families on their arrival day by:

1) Dropping-off a culturally appropriate welcome meal (Halal/kosher etc.) for the families’ first meal upon arrival

2) Completing a grocery run to supply the downstairs apartment with fresh food items (grocery list will be provided), enough to last a day or two while the families get settled.
